Using metal to make signs or nameplate highlights the quality of the products and brand effects because of its texture. Stainless steel not only has metallic luster appearance, but also has high resistance to corrosion. Most importantly, stainless steel is easy to obtain in any industries. As a result, stainless steel is the ideal material for etched signs and nameplates. In processing stainless steel signs, etching process is most often used to make patterns or words on the surface. Our company has many years of experience in etching stainless steel plates. Some of the products we manufacture regularly include nameplates for machines, equipment, electronic products, musical instruments, handbags, touch pens, and decoration. Most of our clients are internationally well-known corporations. The main materials used for etching are SUS304, SUS430, etc. We are capable of working with product thickness between 0.05 mm and 0.6 mm. There are three methods to the etching process: non-contact etching, half etching, and full etching. Final products could be in the forms of splitting or connection. Pattern on surface could be in the form of raised, concave, or raised-concave combination. In addition to etching, we offer services such as surface polishing, hairline polishing, sandblasting, PVD coating, electroplating, spray painting, printing, and adhesive bonding to increase the uniqueness of signs.
